On December 9 2021, Carver Companies in an extraordinary collaboration with Wolfe House & Building Movers successfully relocated a historic brick building at the Port of Coeymans 1000′ uphill to its new foundation. The 36'x70' two-story structure, crafted from brick and timber, once served as a horse barn during the Powell and Minnock Brick Company era. It now has an esteemed new location with a commanding view of the port. This undertaking stands out as one of our most unique and challenging accomplishments to date.
