Sign-On Bonus for mechanic positions

Earn up to a $1,500 sign-on bonus when you join the Carver Companies team as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Shop Foreman.

We’re expanding our equipment and shop team and looking for skilled, motivated individuals to join us. Qualified hires made before February 1, 2026 will receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in three installments.
